Started in 2004, BBD offers all the professional services to enable a construction project to run smoothly from inception to completion.

We are able to carry out the initial stages of design for projects and then take them through all the necessary statutory approvals, onto tender preparation and management including contractor selection and eventually construction and completion. We also have a property management section to assist once a project is completed if this is required.

With offices in London and Preston, we have completed projects in almost every county from major housing schemes and commercial developments to small domestic extensions.
