Working carefully with the local planning and highways department, BBD managed to sucessfully gain planning approval for this development of 7 houses and 3 bungalows on a garden site in Walmer Bridge near Preston.

The houses have been specifically designed for the site instead of using stock designs as requested by the planning department and each house has unique features to diferentiate it from the other houses on the plot.

A pair of back to back bungalows were introduced down the drive to maximise the commercial value of the site for our client.
