Having already worked with the club on the addition of two all weather courts and associated fencing etc, BBD were engaged to carry out a feasibility study for the redevelopment of the existing clubhouse that was nearly 100 years old and in need of refurbishment.

Working carefully with the tennis club, Meols Hall (who owns the land the tennis club operates on) and the planning department, BBD successfully gained conservation area and planning approval for the redevelopment of the clubhouse.

BBD also assisted with providing cost advice for the funding applications made by the club.
